Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM can be shipped the next day. Prices listed exclude shipping costs.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your item. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused or unopened, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required. Cilini products must show no signs of wear.

Damage & problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to assess the problem and find a suitable solution together.
Swap
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return it. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
14-day cooling-off period (European Union)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused or unopened, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days . Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
